Jawahar Tomar spent nearly a decade at TC Global (formerly The Chopras) , one of India’s most established global education organisations, where he held multiple roles across counselling, operations, and strategic growth.

During this time, he gained first-hand exposure to large-scale admission pipelines, university partnerships, and the realities of how students are processed versus how decisions should be made.

He later co-founded The Mentors Circle , which went on to become a market leader for Study in Ireland in India, earning industry recognition for outcomes, visa success, and institutional trust.
